Her thighs wet
Then her back bent
While
Her spine cracked
The band it snapped
As
Her fever climbed
The sweat it poured
She
Opened her eyes
For the first time
In a long time
I
Was left at a loss
Froze in permafrost
No hope recovery
How
She used to smile
With me
&
She used to dance
For me
